Avant l'application du patch, je souffrais d'un blocage complet de mon omoplate gauche causé par le poids de mon sac à main, qui est mon sac de cours habituel. Mon muscle était extrêmement tendu et enflammé, laissant apparaître une marque rouge à l'endroit de l'inflammation. Malgré l'application d'un gel pharmaceutique anti-inflammatoire 12 heures auparavant, la douleur persistait et le gel n'a pas eu l'effet escompté sur mon inflammation.

Après le patch
